Driv Launchpad offers a supportive, clinically informed bridge for 17–25 year olds transitioning from foster care—empowering independence through coaching and community.
Driv Launchpad is dedicated to helping youth aged 17–25 who are aging out of foster care transition successfully into independent adulthood. Recognizing the challenges of sudden unsupported independence, we provide a unique bridge that addresses both urgent and long-term needs.
Our approach combines immediate support services with ongoing professional coaching and a faith-based community, designed especially for those often excluded from traditional programs. By focusing on stability, connection, and personal development, we prevent homelessness and incarceration, ensuring young adults have the foundation and family-like network to thrive.
We offer essential support programs tailored to the needs of foster youth transitioning to independence, including immediate aid, professional coaching, and a faith-based community network.

We address vital needs such as housing, food, and transportation so youth can focus on their future without the daily stress of survival.

We foster a strong, inclusive faith-based network where youth build supportive relationships and a lasting sense of belonging.

Our coaches work closely with each individual, guiding them through personal, educational, and career goals for sustainable independence.
The mission of Driv Launchpad is to serve as a family alternative for youth aging out of foster care who lack other support networks. By meeting immediate needs and investing in long-term well-being through professional coaching and a faith-based model, we give young adults stability, hope, and the essential tools to thrive independently—even when traditional systems fall short.
